It's been a while since I've done any little DIY projects. The last few months, with the holidays and all, have just been so busy. I'm itching to tackle a few little things now, though. So, where does one go for ideas? Pinterest, durrr!!
I used to be a Pinterestaholic, but find that I don't get on much at all these days. Unless I'm on the hunt for something, or just have the urge to search recipes, decor, etc, I don't get on it anymore. I guess the novelty wore off a little for me. BUT, since I've got the DIY bug again, I've been looking for some inspiration. Here's what I've found.

How adorable is this wreath for Valentine's Day?!?! It's on Etsy, but this would be a pretty simple DIY project...for a lot less money.
Love this idea! What a great way to group your favorite photos, and take up a big space on the wall!
I'd love this over the couch, fireplace, or at the entryway. I'm kinda diggin' that yellow, too.
Maybe turquoise instead. I love my turquoise.
OK, this isn't really a DIY project, but I'm dying to make these for a party or something!!
YUM!!
Y'all know I love chevron!! I'd love to do something like this in the playroom, with coordinating colors...or his bedroom. Cute cute idea!
I really, really, really like this! Kinda has that farmhouse, rustic feel to it.
Another adorable one for V-Day! Shut up, toooooo cute!
I have a nice jewelry armoire, but I really love the idea of having a jewelry wall in our closet. That way I can see everything at once. I like the way this one is laid out.
I would need at least twice the space, though. :)
I've been wanting to repurpose an old shutter or two for a while. I haven't really been looking for them, but need to start perusing antique stores and flea markets. I'd love to use one in our kitchen to hold pictures, invitations, save the dates, notes, etc.
OK, I better not get too far ahead of myself. Maybe I'll follow through on some of these and get them done. I love me a little DIY project. :)
What cute ideas have you found on Pinterest lately?

Isn't that cute? And looks so easy! I have so many really long necklaces that don't fit in my armoire well.

ReplyDeleteLove the coffee/cocktail table. - Stopped by from Alabama Bloggers.
to hang your necklaces easily, find an old expandable coat rack and attach it to a wall behind a door. It fits nicely and the door won't hit it. Scarves hang on it well also.
