23 Weeks!

I've got two grapefruits stuffed in my belly?? No wonder I feel especially LARGE!!

How Far Along? 23 Weeks.

Total Weight Gain/Loss: Up about 18-20 lbs. I was told to expect to gain up to 45-50 lbs, but y'all. I can't even. (Diet starts as soon as these babes are out!!)

Genders: BOY AND A GIRL!!! Grayson Wells and Raegan Elise!

Maternity Clothes? Yep!! I can still wear some regular shirts and maxi dresses, but definitely all pants/shorts and most shirts, for length.

Stretch Marks? No. I didn't get any with Hudson, so here's to hoping I have the same luck this time around.

Sleep: Eh. It's OK. I'm pretty much confined to side-sleeping now so I do a lot of flip-flopping from one side to the other. I worked in the yard on Sunday and got ahold of something that has my allergies going CRAZY!! So, sleep has been less than great the last couple nights. It usually helps you sleep when you're able to BREATHE! The constant (literally) sneezing yesterday was very comical after typing that blog post. :)

Movement: Yes. They're all over the place...rolling, kicking, punching. I'm seeing my belly move now. Cool, and a little freaky.

Food Cravings: A lot of sweet things lately. Raisin Bran Crunch, orange juice, Tropicana Peach Punch (YUM!!), pop-tarts, ice cream, Welch's Fruit Snacks :)

Food Aversions: Aversions are pretty much gone now, thank goodness. If I get a whiff of something less than appetizing in the morning, that'll get me though.

Labor Signs: No!

Symptoms: Sciatic nerve pain, getting tired out quickly, and some head/backaches. Oh and don't forget the potty breaks every half hour. ;-)

Belly Button In or Out? Starting to flatten at the top.

Wedding Rings On or Off? On

Miss Anything? Not really. A little more energy would be nice. :)

Best Moment This Week: We had a great weekend, with nowhere to go, and we just spent time together as a family of 3. Cherishing those times while I can.

Looking Forward To: The hubs and I are going to see Rascal Flatts!! Yes, my pregnant self is going to a concert. We haven't seen them since probably 2006, after getting engaged at their 2005 concert. It'll be a little birthday/pre-twins hoorah!!
*Note: This does not take place of a beach trip, Joseph!!!*

**UPDATED: bump pic taken at 23 weeks, 3 days

23 weeks with Hudson. Oh, being pregnant during Winter was lovely.

I wanted to take a quick second to tell you about my first official sponsor of Lauren's Latest! I'm excited to be offering it and you'll see I'm not doing it to make big bucks here. Every penny I earn through it (which is basically just pennies, especially since I'm still a pretty small blogger) will go toward MY sponsoring of other blogs. It comes full circle.
My first official sponsor is Rachel over at Rachel is Elsewhere. Hi Rachel!! *waves like a 10 year old girl who just saw The Biebs*
Please go check out her blog and give her a follow! She's from New Zealand!! How cool is that??
You'll hear more about her in the coming weeks, but I wanted to do a quick intro.

Have a great Tuesday!!

  1. YAY for your first sponsor!! Congrats! : ) I can't imagine the sweets I'm going to crave when I'm pregnant one day, I am obsessed with them now. A buttermilk pie is in the oven as we speak lol.
